Necropolis: Hamilton
Though the Guilds are influential with there ties to the alliance, the city is still under the power of the Hierarchy. And that is the way its going to stay. Hamilton is much too much of a important Necropolis to take it laying down, and consequently is overly populated by Hierarchy representatives. The local Legion of Fate Anacreon makes Hamilton his own (With three total in all of Ontario), and the Laughing Lady has an entire Battalion of his crack troops located in the city docks. Grim Legion's Infiltrators stalk the street to find there victims murderer. Rumor has it, there is always one of the Unlidded Eye watching this town.
As with most Nercopoli, Hamilton has seven Anacreons to rule, though most of the meetings are spent arguing. Fate does not involve itself with most of the politics, but has a tendency to show up unexpected to relay's the monthly prediction of doom. As powerful as the Hierarchy is, if it continues this animosity, the Guild coup my just be accomplish.
